RETURNS

We hope you love our garments as much as we do. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All the labels must remain attached. Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirement. Please note that the cost of return shipping may be your responsibility.The refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for the garment(s), meaning the shipping costs (of both ways) will not be refunded and remain the client's responsibility.Please send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We can't accept responsibility for lost packages.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.
Also please note, duty or customs charges may be incurred during the reintroduction on returns outside of the European Union. If so, this cost could be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

REFUNDS

Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing.If you haven't received your return or refund confirmation from us, please get in touch : info@patisproject.com, You have to write the order number, Your name and surname in the letter.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed.You can expect your refund to be processed within 14-30 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'll be refunded in the same way you chose to pay. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment
